
Slice the cauliflower as a whole into 1 cm thick slices
Pour half a tea glass of olive oil into a bowl

Add turmeric, ground red pepper, salt, garlic powder and red pepper flakes and mix

Apply the mixture to the cauliflower with an egg brush
///
Add a little bit of oil to the pan
///
Fry the cauliflowers in medium heat
///
Sprinkle parsley and red pepper flakes on top
///
Serve hot with garlic yoghurt on the side
