Pan-Fried Fish with Rosemary

Put 30 gr butter on the Laserpan pan

Add 5 cloves of chopped garlic

Add one sprig of rosemary

Place the fish on the pan

Add salt and pepper to taste

Fry both sides

Pace on the serving plate and serve with lemon and rocket
