4 medium zucchinis
1/2 bunch of dill
1/2 bunch of parsley
5 green onions
200 gr feta cheese
1/2 cup flour
5 gr baking powder
1/3 cup olive oil
Mozarella cheese (optional)
Cooking Steps for Oven-Baked Zucchini:
1 Peel, grate and squeeze the juice out of the zucchinis.
2 Finely chop the other greens.
3 Mash the feta cheese with a fork.
4 Beat the eggs well in a separate bowl, until the egg becomes foamy.
5 Combine all the ingredients as if you were making pancakes.
6 The important thing here is to adjust the amount of flour. It should not be too juicy so
it could cook well.
7 Rub the ovenware with a little oil or you can use baking paper. Pour all the ingredients
into your ovenware and put in your oven preheated to 200 degrees.
